  • If you are newly engaged, looking to start the process of booking your wedding, then you can start here! Its quick and easy to find services in your area or the area to where you would like to Marry. Just follow the home screen instructions. Register to start saving your services and also receive a planner, checklist, current trends and the wedding morning guides.

  • Absolutely not! This is a free service in order to find, research and book your perfect wedding provider. No sifting through emails to see if people have got back to you. All your wedding bookings are done in one place. Just sit back and wait for the provider to contact and confirm your booking. Payments for deposits etc will be taken by the provider separately to the site.

  • To keep things simple, you can dive right into the search engine to find wedding services and contact or book them straight away. However, If you wish to save your services to view another time, we suggest registering for your very own dashboard where you can contact your services and keep a record of your messages. Its a great tool to keep organised and to check in and out whenever you need to.

  • Please know that we do not hassle you with emails or spam. Your details are completely safe and we dont ever use your details to contact you, unless you contact us first.

  • Simply choose a category (ie. Makeup Artist) and your area from the home page. You will then be given a choice of services in that area for you to review and find who suits your needs best. You can even check how far away they are from you or your venue! You can then click the save tab to save their listing to your dashboard for later and/or contact them directly via their contact form on their page. Simple.

 

  • Very much so. Your privacy is our top priority. If you register for an account, you will only ever here from ourselves and we will never pass on details to third party’s. Our own emails are to inform and aid your wedding planning experience. However, you can unsubscribe at any time if you no longer wish to receive our emails. We would be sorry to see you go, but completely understand if you do. Please do read our terms and conditions for more info.

123 Bride was founded in 2019 by Lisa Michelle Brown who has been in the wedding industry for over 16 years. Lisa has experienced many weddings over the years and has a wealth of health & beauty knowledge. Lisa also has a plan for the ultimate time saving and relaxing Wedding Morning which you can download when you register with us. 

 

Lisa also dedicates her time to small business owners who want to expand their online presence and to building the 123Bride community, which began 16 years ago. “123Bride has enabled me to grow this incredible and talented community.   • Membership for 123Bride is a one off yearly payment of £40 plus VAT. Our membership includes a full featured listing with many benefits, all with you can learn more about by clicking the “Business Owners” tab in the menu section. We share useful tips and information monthly on how to best use 123Bride and how expand your presence on social media, with the help of our business guru Charlotte.

  • You can also be featured on our home and sub pages, plus show up on our customer Newsletters for a small monthly fee. Please contact us for more information.

  • You will need to register the business in order to create an account and to receive messages and bookings from your customers. Please do view our privacy terms and the base of this page if you would like further information. We encourage that you contact us directly so that we can discuss your needs and to help you create the perfect listing with ease.

  • Absolutely not! We don’t like the thought of being tied into anything. You can stay or go as you please. If you do decide to leave, we would really appreciate an email saying so along with any feedback which would help us greatly. Please note that we cannot refund you of your membership fee after 14 days of purchasing. 

  • Contact us via our contact form or via [email protected] and let us kick start your listing for you? Or, pop in your details via the “Add Listing” Link at the top right of this page. We will send you instructions on how to best set up your page to get the maximum amount of use from it.

  • We use our intelligent system to help the customer find you in the area they are looking for. Its quicker than google and an instant message or email is a click away. Customers can find all they need to know in one page of your business profile and book you instantly! We put a lot of attention into paid advertising, ensuring we get plenty of traffic to our site.

If you require a call back, we ask that you leave us your details and we will call you back as soon as possible. Email is just as fast and we like to get back to you as quickly as possible.
