There is no equivalent cash value for this competition. Measuring and fitting will only be carried out at an address in the UK. A complete first, offering total peace of mind that your beautiful clothing is going to fit perfectly. Our professional staff will arrange to visit you in the comfort of your own home, and take all your measurements and ensure the product ordered will be the best fit. Once the item is ready to be delivered, they will arrange to visit you and fit it on you, ensuring any and all alterations are noted. They’ll take it away and our alteration specialists will make the necessary changes and it’ll be sent to you ready to wear. No more ’surprise’ alteration bills that you so often are hit with from boutiques or tailors. For one £300 payment, enjoy the premium experience of your own personal measuring and fitting service in the comfort of your home.


Our Try Before You Buy option is unique, and brings a complete reassurance to your purchase. Available currently only on the wedding dresses, it allows you to select the size, colour and design that you’d like to try, and have a dress made specifically for you without the obligation to buy it after you’ve tried it. You’ll pay £100, and once the dress is made and delivered to you, you’ll have 7 days to try it on in the comfort of your home, show your friends and family, and make a decision about it. We’ll then arrange to have it picked up and it’ll be returned to Clobber HQ. As long as it’s still immaculate (no make up marks, etc please!!), we’ll email you your unique Try Before You Buy code, and if you go on to purchase that design of dress – even if it’s a different colour or size – the £100 you’ve paid will be deducted off the price of the dress using your code. Complete peace of mind!


Ethical Clobber


Fundamental to creating Clobber Clothes are the following core beliefs:

    • a genuine disgust that modern day slavery and clothing sweatshops still exist, and a passion to see an end to this


    • a displeasure of the use of ‘size 0’ models, and promotion of supposed ‘perfect’ bodies, by the fashion industry to sell clothes


  • a firm belief that a business should always give back – not just to shareholders – but also to the community and/or particular causes that make a difference

Clobber Clothes is therefore proud:

    • that we ethically source our products, and support all legal and non-violent action that helps bring an end to modern day slavery and sweatshops


    • that we steer clear of ‘professional’ models and agencies for the photography of our own range of products, and use ‘real’ people to wear our ‘real’ clothes. Click here to view the models

Q Can I place my order over the phone?

We are more than happy to help you place your order during a telephone conversation. However, due to the systems we have in place, we are unable to take the actual order on a call.

Q Can I add to an existing order?

Once an order is placed, it is confirmed and finalised in an order confirmation email. Once this email has been sent, it cannot be added to, and you’d have to simply create a new order for the additional items.

Q Can I cancel/change my order?

The only items that maybe cancelled once an order is placed and confirmed, are items from the Off The Peg Men's Tailoring range. If, however, you have purchased from that range as part of one of our special packages, then unfortunately you cannot cancel the order once the order confirmation has been sent. All other items are made specifically for you, and so once our order confirmation is sent, they cannot be cancelled or amended.

Q What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Q How does SplitIt work?

We are delighted to be able to offer a 12 month 0% interest split payment scheme through a company called SplitIt. The way this works is that the credit card which you use will be pre-authorised to the value of the order, and a block to that value will be made on the card. Each month, when the next instalment is taken from the card, the block is reduced accordingly. Once the final payment, and the final amount is released from the card, there will be no more block held against the card in any way and your order will have been paid in full.

Q Will I be charged customs duties?

Absolutely not! All goods will be sent to you direct from Clobber Clothes in the UK. There are therefore no customs or duty charges on any of our goods.

Q What are your delivery charges?

Simply put, we do not charge our customers for delivery. In addition, we do not make a charge for collecting goods where applicable.

Q How can I return my unwanted Items?

The only items which are returnable are individually purchased (ie NOT part of a ‘package’) Off The Peg men's tailoring, and ‘try before you buy’ items. Returns or exchanges of the Off The Peg men's tailoring can be arranged via email. For a return or exchange to be accepted, the items MUST be returned in perfect condition AND with all their labels and tickets still attached. If they have been removed or the garments are not in perfect condition, we cannot accept them back. The ‘try before you buy’ returns are arranged specifically via the link on the order confirmation email which you would have received.

Q When will I get my refund?

If you returned your men's Off The Peg tailored items, we will aim to process the garments, checking that they are in perfect condition, and still have all their tickets and labels attached, as quickly as we possibly can. Once this check has been completed, and all is well, we will look to make an immediate return of your money. In total, we aim for this process to take no more than 3 working days, but at busy times this may take a little longer.

Q Can I exchange my items?

The only items which can be exchanged are the men's Off The Peg tailored items, and this is arranged via email. It is essential, therefore, that when you place your order for any other item, you thoroughly check that your order details are correct, and that the sizes you have chosen are absolutely right, as no other item is exchangeable.
